We are structured as a consortium structured over time through circles of innovators, scientists, NGOs, communities, … who benefit from psychological, social and phygital programs, both physical and digital including SMILEY as part of the HUMAN FIRST program.
HUMAN FIRST
Humanitarian programs aimed at the self-determination of communities and their empowerment in the face of health, food, medical, financial, political, social, urban, climate and international criminal justice issues. SMILEY is part of an international governance project whose development process was first accelerated for the citizens of the city of Geneva following the long queues for a bag of food, which made us realize that we could also find solutions to meet the needs of our city.
TRUST KRAKEN REGENERATION MATRIX UNIVERSITY
Post University structure which creates SPINEOFFs for the REGENERATION MATRIX group. It supports priority pre-seed projects at SEED before dispatching them to other consortium structures such as our project hive or creating new structures or startups to host and grow them.

RMX is a protected ecosystem with at the heart a Swiss NGO: NGO REGENERATION MATRIX based in Geneva of public utility and non-profit which manages structuring programs around Resilience like HUMAN FIRST for communities (Startups, Families, Communities, Cities , Victims…).
